Mamba 16000 DPI Wireless

Hello!

So having problems with my mamba so suddenly. The mouse is recognised by synapse 2.0 but moving the mouse or pressing any buttons doesnt give me any response. The mouse itself lights up in rgb spectrum so does the docking station.

I've tried countless uninstalls and reinstalls of both synapse and all mouse drivers and still nothing its as if the mouse is dead but the led's still work, similar to this persons thread and symptoms:

/mamba-suddenly-stopped-working.22209/

Also made sure all usb devices in device manager are unticked for the sleep option, I've tried using the mouse on two other laptops and have the same issues

Any help, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi there! Does the same issue persist even when in wired mode? Have you tried using it with another PC? If you haven't, please do. Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

Received help from razer support. They had instructed me to do this:

"I am sorry to hear that your Razer Mamba 16K is lighting up but no longer responding to your input, I can imagine how annoying that is! Rest assured, we are here to help.

Based on your description, I suspect that the mouse is stuck in Demo mode. I would like to ask you to try the following steps to see if that solves the issue. Please perform these steps while the mouse is in wired mode.

1. Unplug your mouse from your computer

2. Press and hold both side buttons + right click at the same time while plugging your mouse to your computer

3. Once plugged, please, release the buttons and check if that helped"

Mouse is working since - note i turned the power slider to the on position on the mouse before doing so and then following those steps.

My guess is someone had hit a certain button combo to activate demo mode on the mouse.

Thanks for the reply anyway.
