mamba firefly hyperflux not working
hi everybody
when the mouse is connected by wire it works
when mousepad is connected by wire it works but mouse not working wirelessly
anyone know how to fix this issue

Does the mouse appear on the Device Manager when on wireless mode? For now, make sure that you don't place the mat on any metallic surfaces while using the mouse with it. Also, do not place any metallic objects or charging docks near the device. If you're still getting an issue, send me the serial number of your device. Let's go from there.
