Mamba Hyperflux - mouse sometimes disconnect from power

Hi all,

I got my new Mamba Hyperflux. And since start, I´m having trouble with random disconnecting mouse from power pad.
Sometimes (every 1 - 2 hours), I can see, that the power indicator stop lights, and after while, mouse disconnect completly. I must remove mouse from pad and put it back and it reconnect after that. I try to let mouse on pad once, and after two minutes, power was renewed and mouse start working again.
First I think, it is because of my phone next to pad so I put it away and remove every metal objects near pad and issue still persist (no wifi router nearby too).
Also, I try update fw in mouse and pad and still nothing.
I´m starting to be desperate.

Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hello! Can you send a photo of your setup? Also, have you tried using another PC to see if the same issue persists? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the photos. Please do try to move the Hyperflux so that it doesn't overlap with the metal parts of the drawer. You can also try to follow what ITookYourTaco did in this thread. Let me know how it goes.
