Mamba wireless problem

Mamba doesn't appear in synapse even after instaling it couple times. I tried to connect through the docking station and directly but without effects. Additionally after connecting and then running the synapse, mouse and the station ceased to shine... If anyone knows how to solve this, please support me

Hi there! You mentioned something about a docking station so I think you are using the older Mamba wireless. The older Mamba wireless is not supported by Synapse 3. You will have to use Synapse 2. As for the issue with the lights turning off, does it only happen when Synapse is running?

Hi, i fixed the lights with synaps 2 on Macbook, and then after plugging to pc they still works even with running synaps. However synaps 2 on pc still can't find mamba, it shows only razer surround
