Man o war wireless not recognized

[LEFT]Hi, So recently my man o war stopped being recognized, I tried to put the usb transmitter in different slots / different pc, but that didn't solve the problem. I am running synapse version 2.21. Is there any way to fix this problem? [/LEFT]

    I can try to look into firmware solutions, but I'll need you to send me a PM with the serial number of the headset. For now, try to perform a clean installation of Synapse 2.0 following this guide.

    I have had the same problem and just did a reinstall and nothing is working on it being able to be recognize the headset on my PC anywhere

    I put up a official support ticket, and after some verification I got a brand new headset. Because the man o war was not available anymore I received the razer Nari ess. wireless.

      Please PM me the serial number of the headset and a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. Let's go from there.
