I have an issue in which I cannot use the wheel on the headphone to adjust audio. The graph appears on screen and moves up and down but it does not actually adjust the volume. I have downloaded the most recent drivers and re-calibrated.

    Were you able to try to use this on different applications on your computer? Also, can you try to plug the headset to another computer to isolate the issue?
