i went and bought a new mouse today for my 2nd computer to setup macros on it to use whilst i play my main i have no issues with my normal mouse and my computer but with this new mouse (Razer Hyperspeed Basilisk)

it says this mapping requires synapse but im in synapse when it says that? it also says under the macro tab razer synapse must be running to use this function, but it is clearly running or i wouldnt be able to see that message? this function is not stored as a part of any on-board memory profiles? how do i fix this i just want to use macros. it has a little red SD icon there crossed out how do i fix this?

I'm having this same issue with my Basilisk Ultimate v2. It seems like a software bug. I've tried restarting the computer multiple times, reinstalling synapse, and updating drivers/software. Let me know if you find a solution, please. Good luck, If it doesn't get fixed soon I'm gonna have to switch to Logitech G502 wireless!
