Mausbutton4 linke Seite funktioniert nicht

Hello,the mouse button 5 does not work on my razer naga v2 pro.I have already tried everything.I have already installed the latest firmware of the mouse, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Razer Synapse, nothing helped.The mouse is connected via USB.Please help to solve the problem.With kind regards

Hey ​@Rosebizegg319,Can you try cleaning the mouse button 5 with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt?
