Can anyone explain to me how to properly measure the 19.5vdc from the connector end please? My meter is giving me 6.8vdc from positive probe in the middle hole to either side.

Trying to isolate the power problem from my Razer blade and the machine will not power on with battery pulled out and external power plugged in. Green light on power brick. Reached out to razer hotline and this was a waste of time..support can't even provide me the basics.
