meu fone nao esta saindo o som

Acabou de chegar meu fone eu estou conectando a extensão de divisor de microfone/fone no computador  mais não está saindo o som de jeito nenhum no fone. Já instalei o programa 7.1 soundroud algo assim ele e um ryzen X lite

This translates as:
My headset has just arrived, I'm connecting the microphone/phone splitter extension to the computer, but the sound is not coming out of the headset at all. I've already installed the 7.1 soundroud program, something like that, it's a Ryzen X lite
