Olá a todos,  espero  que estejam todos bem , quero relatar o meu problema com o meu blackshark v2X. Uso ele no Xbox, no canal de áudio dos jogos e  no discord também,  estou tendo problemas com volume muito baixo, com voz de robô e o áudio não sai completamente com as frases que eu digo, acontecem interferências o tempo todo, detalhe: usei outro headset antigo e os meus amigos me escutaram normalmente, me ajudem por favor 😭😭😭
