Mic Monitoring (Sidetone) doesn't work

Hello everyone! I was looking for a bit of help. I wonder why I can't hear myself with my Razer Nari Ultimate... I have set it up by default in windows, I have Razer Synapse with the Mic Monitoring enabled and at max volume (100). I know the mic works perfectly because when I test it in external apps such as discord, I can hear myself perfectly. Also when I speak to others or to Cortana, they can hear me pretty good. I hope you can help me with this issue! Thank you very much.

    In order for the sidetone to work properly, you have to set your headset volume to the max and reduce the volume on Windows. That defeats the purpose of having a volume control on the headset but that is what I found working on the Nari Essential. In your case, you could 'sort of' change the game volume with the chat mix wheel, wich I don't have on the Nari Essential.
