Mic not well calibrated

Hello everyone, i bought my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 a month ago.I installed the synapse program and adjusted all the parameters. The headset works perfectly but my mic seems to have some issues. When I talk to my friends they say that sometimes it's like hearing from far away (and yes, the mic is deployed and at 2-3 cm of my mouth). Also sometimes they told me that I sound like I was talking through an old CB. I tried to adjust all the parameters in games and in the synapse program but it doesn't make a difference. Can somebody help me please? Thank you in advance.
