Mic on Razer Kraken TE goes robotic every 20 seconds.

Hi, I recently purchased a Razer Kraken TE and the mic is fine, apart from one thing. Every 20 seconds or so my voice goes robotic and static. I have tried adjusting settings in Synapse 3.0 but nothing seems to work. Please Help.

Hi there! Have you tried disabling all of the enhancements in Synapse? Let me know how it goes.
