Hello, I have a problem with the Synapse software. I’m using the [Cobra] mouse and have remapped the buttons. Sometimes it happens that something suddenly freezes, and one button starts spamming continuously. I can’t stop it in any way except by restarting the computer. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue.
