Micro-USB is incredibly tight

I bought a razer basilisk ultimate. Wireless. Cable optional. When I try to pull out the micro usb port it actually hurts how hard I have to try to pull out the cable. This is something that should be QC'd.... anyone have suggestions for how to actually loosen the USB port on the mouse side? I've actually explicitly identified that this problem is on the mouse side of things, not the cable. -_- razer

    That's odd. Sorry to hear about your newly purchased mouse's concern. When and where did you buy the device?
