my barracuda x microphone doesnt work with dongle anymore but works fine when connected with cable to pc or connecting with bluetooth to android phone it used to work but I dont know why it doesnt anymore

Can you download the Razer Headset Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this article? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the mic issue.
