Microphone Low
I have razer kraken tournament edition headset and the microphone not working after the update(it's very very low), I tried resetting the settings of Synapse 3 program and I tried other windows settings but nothing works the mic is still too low, I can still hear myself in Mic Monitoring (Sidetone) just fine but in discord or voice recorder is too low (my friends even in 200% on discord can't hear me) can someone help.

Are you referring to a Windows, driver, or Synapse update? In any case, please send me the serial number of the headset and a sample recording so I can better understand your situation. For now, please perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this guide.
