Bought my Razer Kaira Pro just under 2 years ago so it should still be within warranty. The mic has just stopped working, the person I am chatting with can’t hear anything. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all, sometimes if I jiggle/replug the mic piece it will start working again, but if i bump the mic even slightly it stops working again. Sometimes the person on the other end is hearing crackles. Seems like a loose connection. Having the same problem on pc and xbox so I don’t think it’s settings related.
I need to open a warranty ticket but I can’t find how to do that, the website keeps sending me in circles. I can get as far as the live chat button, but the link doesn’t work, just spins and doesn’t do anything (tried two different browers).
