Microphone no longer working on Razer Kaira Pro

Bought my Razer Kaira Pro just under 2 years ago so it should still be within warranty. The mic has just stopped working, the person I am chatting with can’t hear anything. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all, sometimes if I jiggle/replug the mic piece it will start working again, but if i bump the mic even slightly it stops working again. Sometimes the person on the other end is hearing crackles. Seems like a loose connection. Having the same problem on pc and xbox so I don’t think it’s settings related.

I need to open a warranty ticket but I can’t find how to do that, the website keeps sending me in circles. I can get as far as the live chat button, but the link doesn’t work, just spins and doesn’t do anything (tried two different browers).

Let me assist you. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I create your case? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
