Microphone not working

Hi, I have a razer kraken, I don't know anything else about this product but it was working 3 days ago and now it doesn't. It takes sound but not what I speak. Tried t his headset on other computers and it don't work either. What could it be? I tried disabling and enabling, reinstalling drivers, etc
