Microphone not working

I got a Razer Blade 15" October/November '18 and the microphone has never worked. I didn't think much of it because I have a headset, but it is getting to be an issue. I've updated drivers, reformatted, etc. but it still does not pick up any sound. Anyone have any insights?

That seems not right. Can you send me the serial number of your Razer Blade through PM? Make sure to add the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.
