Microphone on Blackshark V2 X suddenly stopped working

So as the title suggests, the microphone on my blackshark v2 x has stopped working, and I'm at a loss for a solution. I've reinstalled my drivers many times, followed numerous solutions online, followed many videos, and still have found no solution. My microphone no longer picks up my voice but instead picks up audio from my desktop (i.e videos, music, etc) and acting like Stereo Mix instead, but since disabling Stereo Mix in my settings, it's stopped doing that, but still doesn't detect my voice.

    Any chances on using a headset splitter to check if the microphone behaves the same? Have you tried using a communication platform like Discord? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
