Microphone on RP2 not working on incoming and outgoing calls

I tried hard reset, tried Safe mode to test the mic and still nothing. The microphone is not working. Tried to turn off Google assistant still nothing. The only time.micropgone is working is when I shoot a video then I can hear my voice when I speak. I checked for updates and I have the latest one. Last time the phone updated was 05.07.2020. thanks in advance for.any info or help. Beat regards to you all. Miro
