Hi, I recently bought wireless earphones for razer hammerhead hyperpeed ps5

By the way, I used earphones and started playing party games with my teammates to play NBA 2K

There's nothing wrong with listening, but it happens often when my microphone breaks off as if I'm speaking from a very far distance

And sometimes the voice doesn't sound like an electronic sound

Are there any people who have the same case?

I got a free earphone exchange because of this

I think there's something wrong with the receiver.

If anyone has solved it, please let me know

Same problem here. My guess is the frequency of the USB c is the same as the wifi and other products in the household so it makes it laggy! I’m  trying to return mine now. It’s a shame because there supposed to work for ps5 so you would think the would test that before

I have the same problem, I am currently in a fight with Razer about it, they keep sending replacements and not addressing the issue. 

 

Your problem is that your controller frequency is competing with the dongle. That's why you may also experience controller drift when using the headset together. I figured all of this out after the return period. I love Razer but they got this completely wrong and their customer service about it SUCKS! So much for made by Gamers for Gamers. Wouldn't expect mcuh help from Razer. 

 

Razer wants a video of it and I'm can't even get someone online long enough to help me capture it. So that's where Im stuck
