Hello! I bought a Blackshark V2 X from a “second-hand” app (Vinted). I wanted to register the headset, but it said it’s already registered. I really would like to use all of the extra functions of this great device. I hope you/we can find a solution for this unpleasant situation.
This usually happens if the device is pre-loved, re-boxed, and re-sold. It is not possible to register the device again and request a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code if the device is registered to another user.
Moreover, if your purpose is to register the device for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, please be advised that the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for the BlackShark V2 X headset is not provided via device registration.
