I bought my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 from amazon about 1.5 to 2 years ago and I never knew about surround sound because I never even received an activation code for my product. Is there a way you can help me get it also it would help if you could somehow provide the date of purchase so I can register it to my account.

    I also bought mine about 1.5 years ago and just registered it but even if you put in the date of purchase, it still didn't give me an activation code

    I am pretty sure once an employee or dev replies we can provide them with our serial number and they can be of some help
