Missing battery on Razor Blade 2019

Hello,

I have a battery problem on my laptop (Razor Blade 15 inch 2019 with rtx 2080 max Q).



The battery is not recognized in Windows 10.

The battery test in command line gives nothing.

The method via ACPI does not work either.



The computer is no longer under warranty but the original battery had been changed by the warranty service and replaced by a new one.

Since then, the computer does not recognize it anymore.



In spite of the attempts mentioned above, I am obliged to plug all the time on the mains.

There is a good chance that the connector has been disconnected, or the battery is no longer capable of holding a charge. Either way, I highly recommend that you send it in to get serviced. I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf should you want to take that route. Send me the serial number, or let me know if you are leaning towards DIY solutions.
