I purchased a physical Razer Gold card from a store, but unfortunately, I accidentally scratched off some of the digits and can't see the full code. The card hasn't been used yet. Is there any way I can recover the complete code or get help with this?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Razer Gold card. Unfortunately, I don't have full access to that part of the system. However, you can get this sorted out quickly by submitting a Ticket or chatting with customer service using the Live Chat. Just click the green chat button at the bottom right. Make sure to include all the important details and photos of the card with the over-scratch code.
1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
