Missing Invoice

I received a laptop, but unfortunately I cannot get the Invoice. When I follow the Invoice link from the mail - I get "Error Occurred!". Without invoice I cannot put the laptop into our company and so I cannot afford it. Please let me know what I can do. The alternative is to return it although it is working perfectly.
