I recently purchased the Razer Iskur - Dark Gray Fabric chair from the Razer Store. Along with this purchase, I was supposed to receive a gadget pack as a gift. However, upon receiving my shipment, I found that only the gadget pack was included.

Although the shipping paperwork indicates both the chair and the gadget pack, the chair is missing from my order.

Could you please assist me in checking with Razer Support to locate the whereabouts of my chair?

My order was placed on April 24, 2024, and the order number is RZGBKL1000001593259.
