Missing product number (still have the proof and purchase and serial number)

hello :). i have a razer blackshark v2 and i just found out it have a dedicated app for sound tuning or something, and it says i need to register my product, it asks me to enter the product number but the box is long gone, is there something i can do to use the app?, thanks
