I can't confirm payment with my number. It just says refresh page, there was an error, but the code is still not received

Im also getting the same problem the support just told me to clear cache on my browser or restart my phone/pc. upon restarting im still getting the same error plus im not getting any sms otp code in my number this sucks and been an issuee to me for 3 days now.
