Monitor will no longer turn on

Hello, First time owner, Razer 15 Advanced. I've hooked up my laptop to my monitor via a HDMI cable. This worked fine for a few days, now my laptop monitor will not turn on. If I unplug from HDMI and reboot, the Razer icon shows briefly, then goes black. Inside Geforce settings under multiple displays it only shows one (my DT monitor) detected, which I am unable to (un)select as it requires one to be on. This just started happening all of a sudden, I've not changed anything, but I can no longer use this as a laptop. I think the monitor is functional as again it turns briefly on when I reboot without my monitor hooked up, but then goes (and stays) black. Any ideas? Thank for any help.

    Does both your laptop and external monitor do not have any display? Do note that HDMI ports may require an Active Converter to run an external monitor. I'd appreciate it if you can send me a short video clip. That way, I can better grasp the situation. Please PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to verify its model and look for a possible solution. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
