Mouse Basilisk X Hyperspeed don't working

From what I can see, the problem is with the USB dongle. When connecting it to any computer, the computer does not recognize it. The mouse still works normally: it turns on, emits a signal, reports battery charge. The item is already out of warranty, is there still a solution?
