I have tried just about everything I can't think of. Uninstalled/Reinstalled synpase, uninstalled/reinstalled in device manager, updated the firmware from the razer website, nothing. Not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Try isolating the behavior by using a can of compressed air to the affected button. This might be caused by debris stuck under the switches or other parts of the Razer mouse. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions.
