Mouse charging dock said my Basilisk Ultimate "not connected"


My mouse was plugged into the dock and it is working perfectly, however the dock said its "not connected" in the Synapse 3.

Is anyone experiencing this issue?

Do you mind sharing screenshots of this, if not a short clip detailing the issue? I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to point out or accomplish.

Was this screenshot taken when the mouse was docked? If so, then there may be a need for us to dig deeper. Otherwise, it is working as intended.

In that case, please start by performing a clean installation of the app following the guide posted here. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of your mouse if the problem persists.
