Hi, I'm experiencing screen-stuttering while my mouse (Razer Naga Pro V1) is connected via Bluetooth. I'm positve that bluetooth connection is the problem because when I connected mouse via USB dongle (wirelessly ofc) problem goes away. You can see this problem in a youtube video I made (1min long). I read that such behaviour can be caused by bluetooth interference or poor bluetooth connection, but I don't know how this can be possible since my mouse is the only bluetooth periferial connected to my PC and there is around 20-30cm distance between my mouse and bluetooth antennas. I’m using TP-Link Archer TX3000E as my Wi-Fi & Bluetooth adapter

I’m not entirely sure if you can change the polling rate from a Razer [] Pro Mouse (as I don’t own one), and also, I would imagine there being way more bottlenecks in terms of wireless connection - in general, but the 2.4GHz wireless shouldn’t be an issue in terms of transmission rate…

I think your screen stuttering may be caused because the polling rate might be pretty low; I would estimate a maximum of 250hz. That’s all I can suggest.

Do you know how can I change polling rate when im connected via bluetooth? Becasue this option dissappears form Razer Synapse 3 when you connect your mouse via bluetooth so I can’t even check it :/
I don’t think polling rate is the problem, when I changed it to 125Hz (usb dongle) in Synapse 3 I could see a little stutter but definetly not so much as in bluetooth connection.

Yeah, It seems that bluetooth protocol bandwidth is the problem here :/
I used this website https://devicetests.com/mouse-rate-test to estimate my mouse’s polling rate. When connected via usb dongle average polling rate reaches ~980Hz, while connected via bluetooth it’s only ~135Hz.
