o mouser não está sendo recinhecido pelo synapse de nenhuma forma convensional que eu tenha procurado em quaisquer tutorial, já tentei desinstalar o aplicativo e refazer, tal como o mouse, tambem já tentei varios outros modos como atualizar driver do mouse, ou versao antiga e tambem versao antiga do synapse 3.0 mas nenhum reconheceu o mouse, o que devo tentar novamente? e por que o proprio aplicativo não reconheceria o mouse da propria loja?
