Hi! I bought the Razer Basilisk Ultimate which comes with it's own charging dock station. Now i have quite an odd problem I'm not sure who to turn to because it's not as clear cut as it seems.

If the charging station doesn't receive any electricity when i turn my PC off then it's a motherboard problem, right? Well, what if i disconnect the cable from the charging station and connect it to the mouse instead, and instead of having the same problem it instead receives power, what then? That's what i can't figure out, how can the mouse successfully charge if it's connected via the cable but fail to charge if i charge via dock station?

Is this a Razer problem or a motherboard problem? Is there a fix for this?
