Hi,

After the recent updates of Razer Synapse my PC won’t shut down. Every time when i try to turn off my pc using start menu power options  - it restarts (i can’t even do it with my power off button on my case). Took me 3h of resarch and changing options in my system to figure out whats wrong.

I’ve tried everything including changing settings in bios - pc wakeup on usb devices, fast boot, changing power plans in system, etc.

Well, after all.. the reason for that issiue is Razer Viper Ultimate Mouse Dongle. When its unplugged my PC shuts down correctly. The problem occured after latest Synapse updates.

Razer, please fix that… i dont want to unplug my mouse dongle/mouse charging dock every time when i want to turn my PC off.
