Mouse Dock Pro randomly disconnect to Basilisk V3 Pro (freezes)

Hi, 

I used Basilisk V3 Pro connected to the Mouse Dock Pro. Currently, the mouse may randomly freezes while using.

So far, I had checked some possible solutions below, it still happen.

  1. The synapse 3 and the firmware of Basilisk V3 Pro and Mouse Dock Pro. They are all updated to the latest version.
  2. I have to disconnect the Dock cable and replug it several times. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
  3. If I connect the Basilisk V3 Pro to the original dongle, or use it wired, the issue never happen.
  4. All used  cable are provided in the box. 

Since the issue only happens while using Basilisk V3 Pro connected to the Mouse Dock Pro, I am pretty sure that the problem is mouse dock pro.

Is there any solution??

I would say its time to upgrade to Razer Synapse 4. I would upgrade to that and migrate any profiles over from Synapse 3 to 4. There is a profile migration tool inside Synapse 4 that will help you migrate them over from Synapse 3.

P.S. The Synapse 4 software is stable for daily use.

Have you tried to unpair and pair your Razer Mouse Dock Pro by following the steps from this article? If yes, please send me a PM with the serial number of your dock so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
