Mouse flicking (DEATHADDER V2 X hyperspeed)

While i play game Sometimes the mouse flicks randomly and sometimes the crosshair gets stuck even if i move the mouse for around 1 second. I cleaned the sensor and the connector and tried again but the flicking etc. Is still happening while i play,.

I understand that you’re experiencing random mouse flicking and moments where the crosshair gets stuck for about a second even while moving the mouse. 

To help narrow this down, does the issue occur only in a specific game or application, or does it happen across multiple games and general use as well? Additionally, have you tried testing the mouse on all available connection types, such as Bluetooth and the wireless dongle, and does the issue persist on each one? Additionally, please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
