Mouse polling rate on Synapse 3 has a serious problem

Since the last update of Synapse 3, there is a bug with the polling rate of my mouse, even if it’s set to 1000Hz, 4000Hz or 8000Hz, after a while it falls back to 500Hz while the desired polling rate is still active in Synapse, same story when I restart the PC.

I’m forced each time to open Synapse to select another polling rate for the first time and put back the desired one to reactivate it.

I can tell you that it is really very frustrating during a game, especially in competitive.

I’m here to share this problem, and I know that I’m not the only one.

Razer's hardware quality is good, but the software quality is a disaster.

You must be professional with your updates and especially offer the possibility of installing previous versions of Synapse in case there are bugs of this kind.

I hope this is not a strategy to force us to buy a new version of the mouse, I currently have the Viper V2 Pro and as luck would have it when the V3 Pro version just came out, this problem occurs.

I will buy a mouse from another brand, because Razer is a disappointment.
