I tried creating some profiles for the Razer Viper 8kHz so I can switch between them quickly, and the cycling button only works when Razer Synapse is running in the background. I made sure to store the profiles on the on-board memory of the mouse and it’s getting kind of annoying. I did bind one of the buttons to be “cycle up profiles”.
