I don't think this is the actual mouse, because if I plug it into another computer without the razer software installed the mouse works fine. If I plug non-razer mice in they all work. I have seen this questions asked by multiple people, but never seen any answers.



My mouse is too old for them to give me support, but I'm almost positive it's the software and this exact problem would happen with any other razer mouse i would buy.



I have tried reinstalling the software and drivers multiple times.



Anyone have any other things I might try before I give up?
Please indicate which mouse you have. I can also verify the model if you send me the serial number. For now, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide, then log into the app using a newly registered Razer ID. After that, you will want to launch the app and run surface calibration if the mouse supports that particular feature.
