I bought a Razer Deathadder Essential mouse. When I want to register, it says "This product is already registered. If you have not registered it, please contact Razer Support". Someone please help me. Thank you

comprei um mouse Razer Deathadder Essential. Quando eu quero me registrar, diz "Este produto já está registrado. Se você não o registrou, entre em contato com o Suporte Razer ". Alguém por favor me ajude. Obrigado
