Mouse sensitivity changes

Hi, I’ve been a Razer user for years now. I have a deathadder elite and recently got a kiyo webcam. When I got the kiyo I installed Razer central and before that I had Synapse only. I disable the sensitivity stages because I don’t use them, but for some reason my mouse settings got reset and I accidentally hit the sensitivity stage button and messed up my sensitivity. I never ever want my mouse sensitivity to change under any circumstances. This happened to me before when I updated Synapse. Every time my sensitivity changes it takes me days or weeks to build new muscle memory and get used to the changes. I’m considering getting a different mouse without sensitivity stages just to avoid this issue. I understand I have control over the sensitivity, but with new software or updates it keeps messing around with settings that somehow ruin my sensitivity. My Questions:

• I can’t find my previous profile for Synapse now that I have Central (which I want for my webcam). Where are they?
• How do I prevent my sensitivity from being changed in the future under any circumstances?
• Is there a way I can disable Central and Synapse while still being able to disable the 4 non essential buttons (back,forward,sens up, sens down) on my mouse?

Thanks in advance. This is very frustrating for me and despite having a pretty favorable view of the Razer brand I’m considering ditching it all together.
