The bottom right edge of the skates of razer death adder essential is sticking out and causing hindrance while sliding the mouse around. I noticed earlier when I bought this product on 30/10/2024, that edge of the mouse sakes was not aligned perfectly. It was little extended out but it didn’t felt like that big of an issue as I believed they are stuck with a strong glue.
Now after some use when I slide my mouse on mouse pad it leaves the scratch marks on it because of that unaligned edge of mouse skates. I don’t know where to raise my problem , So I have put my problem here. I can provide further details regarding Invoice.
I have been using and handling my product very carefully there’s no harm dealt by my end. Please help me and accept my request to repair or replace this product.
