Mouse stop working on Razer mousepad

Hi everyone, I've encountered an issue with my Ouroboros mouse.
or the past two days, it has stopped working on the official Razer mousepad but only works on books and white sheets of paper.

I've tried cleaning the sensors with a dry cotton swab, resetting the settings from Razer Synapse, and recalibrating the mouse, but I haven't seen any improvements.
