mouse troubles

My razer basilisk ultimate has been my main mouse using it for about 3 years now and since this morning it's been disconnecting and reconnecting over and over. It only says connected for about 2 seconds and I've tried everything. I switched to my bag up mouse which is a basilisk x hyperspeed however, when I tried updating the firmware, updating synapse, and running a repair of the program. It had the same issue. I completely uninstalled all razer applications from my computer and luckily that made it so my backup mouse works again but the ultimate will only stay connected for a second. I've uninstalled synapse, reinstalled, installed an older version. Nothing will work. Looking for any solutions to the problem because I love my ultimate and would like to continue using it.
